"India's national language is Hindi" Dr Ashok Gaikwad
Hindi Day was celebrated on 14 September by our English Medium School. Professor at New Arts Commerce & Science College Ahmednagar, Dr Ashok Gaikwad, was chief guest who explained that even though India is a country full of diversity, the Hindi language comes to our aid whenever we go to any corner of the country. He is also convinced that the Hindi language is essential as a national symbol.
Our students who had been celebrating the language all week, presented dance, drama, and singing showing how Hindi connects the whole of India before receiving prizes. School principal Mrs Kshitija Hadap explained more on the importance of the Hindi language while Bhakti Shukre thanked participants and the program was moderated by Mrs Yasmin Sayyed, a Hindi teacher in our school.
