Ever wondered what it takes to make a hotel run smoothly?
Our 10 Std pass students who had expressed an interest in hotel management got to do exactly that. They were given the full VIP treatment during an exposure visit and meeting with the hotel manager at the prestigious Yash Grand Hotel in Ahmednagar.
A heartfelt thank you to the manager, Mr Gade, and his staff who went out of their way to show our youngsters all aspects of how a large hotel operates and what goes into providing excellent customer service. The management were so impressed with our students, they’ve all been invited back for further advice and insights which will help them stand out from the crowd in the future.
