The Inspiring Journey of Pawan

Pawan, a student at Dr Kalam Balbhavan in Siddharthnagar, Ahilyanagar (formerly Ahmednagar), is now serving as a District Council Health Worker.

In 2013, Pawan gained admission to our Dr Kalam Balbhavan while he was studying in the ninth grade at Residential High School. Since joining the Balbhavan, his life has undergone numerous positive transformations.

Pawan possesses a highly ambitious, hardworking and social nature. Growing up in a family where his father is an active social worker, he developed a sense of social responsibility from a young age. He has always been someone who helps others, collaborates and is determined to contribute to society.

Alongside academics, Pawan also excelled in sports and participated in competitive exams. Through his dedication and perseverance, he achieved success in his endeavours.

Throughout his journey, our Balbhavan team provided him with proper guidance, opportunities and encouragement. With the support of our teachers and staff, his self-confidence grew and he learned valuable lessons in academics, personality development and social awareness.

It is this foundation — our Balbhavan's support combined with his own effort, determination and progressive outlook — that has enabled him to reach the position of a health worker today.

On 15 August, Dr Kalam Balbhavan honoured Pawan with a felicitation and extended best wishes for his future endeavours.

Pawan’s success story serves as a true inspiration to other students. He has demonstrated that:
