This Fire Safety Training is essential to teach you preventive measures that will eliminate or minimize causes of fire or fire hazards in the workplace and proper emergency and evacuation procedures in the event of a fire.
Snehalaya English Medium School organized a Fire mock drill training session for school children & staff. When all students, teachers /Supervisors, and other snehalaya staff arrived at the assembly hall. The ERT used various rescue techniques. A briefing was done on Fire and Emergency response during a fire emergency.
The officers also demonstrated what a student should do when they notice a fire on the premises and what an adult should do in the event of fire. The officer also taught students which number to call the fire brigade on and how to use fire extinguishers for the different types of fire. They even demonstrated the firemen lifts!
In this way, our children gained a lot of life-saving practical knowledge about the fire brigade.
