GET INVOLVED

There are many ways you can get involved with us. Our organisation works with experts, volunteers, and partners, both in India and abroad. Whether you are looking to contribute your skills to a specific project, to one of our overseas offices, or would like to raise money for the organisation, we want to hear from you.

If you haven't already, take a look at our projects and campaigns to see what the family at Snehalaya has been up to. We hope that your time with us will lead to a long-lasting relationship, and allow you to see the positive impact your contribution has on our beneficiaries and the wider community.

OUR PROJECTS

FUNDRAISE

We rely on the generosity of individuals and organisations to fund our projects, and there are many ways you can help raise vital funds to help our beneficiaries flourish.

From marathons to mammoth bike rides, colour runs to community picnics, our noble fundraisers contribute much needed funds to our running costs and cause each year.

You don't have to be super fit, or strong or even good at baking to raise the dough.

Take a look at our fundraising page to get some inspiration and to register your interest.

Fundraise
Volunteer

Our volunteers are the life blood of our organisation, without them we would not be able to function as we do. We are staffed by a mix of paid staff and volunteers, who are members of our community and specialists in their field.

We do not run voluntourism! As a frontline organisation we carefully select volunteers who offer specific skills that will benefit our work. We spend time discussing the planning of our volunteering opportunities with you so we can match your skills to our needs in ways that will make the biggest impact to our organisation and beneficiaries without inflicting harm.

We have long running partnerships with UK academic institutions including Leeds Beckett University and University of Leeds RAG society and are also linked with TATA Institute of Social Sciences, SP Jain and other leading social work institutes in India.

Volunteering is a great way to develop yourself and help develop individuals and communities around the globe. We're interested to hear from you if you think your skills can be of benefit to our key programme areas of healthcare, education, rehabilitation and awareness. You can find more information on the application process and any vacancies by clicking the link below.
